01 · Terms of Service
Terms of Service
InterKit (the “Service”) is provided by Luxmin Co., Ltd. (勒克斯明有限公司) (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
InterKit is a browser-based tool for laying out interactive-experience hardware on floor and elevation plans — placing devices, drawing cabling, annotating, and exporting drawings and equipment lists. The Service is currently free to use; certain advanced features will later be offered through a paid subscription (Pro).
2. Accounts
Some features (cloud projects, share links) require signing in with your email via a “magic link”. You are responsible for keeping your inbox and login links secure; activity carried out through your account is treated as your own. You must meet the age of contractual capacity in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service or its assets, or resell the built-in assets commercially;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or rights-violating content;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorised access to others’ data;
- bulk-harvest the Service or its asset library by automated means.
4. Intellectual property
The copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Service’s software, interface, brand, and built-in asset library belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. The scenes and projects you create in the Service remain yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, to store your content, generate thumbnails, and produce share pages).
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are processed through Paddle. Paddle is our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, and handles the transaction, receipts, and taxes. When you buy a subscription, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for your chosen billing period (monthly / yearly) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the current period, with no further renewal.
- Refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is a planning and visualisation aid; it does not replace professional engineering, electrical, fire-safety, or structural review. Actual installation must follow professional assessment and local regulations.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your right to use the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated separately. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Shilin District Court as the court of first instance — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

02 · Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and which service providers we work with.
1. Data we collect
- Email address — for magic-link sign-in, the founding-member waitlist, and when you contact us.
- Scenes and projects you create — if you sign in and use cloud features, your scenes (including thumbnails) are stored in our cloud database. If you are not signed in, scenes are auto-saved only in your own browser (localStorage / IndexedDB) and are not sent to us.
- Share-link content — when you choose to generate a read-only share link, a view-only copy of that scene is stored in publicly accessible storage; anyone with the link can view it.
- Usage analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, anonymous visit statistics. It uses no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and does not identify individuals.
- Payment data — collected and processed by Paddle at checkout. We do not receive or store your card number.
2. Service providers (data processors)
- Supabase — authentication, cloud project database, and share storage.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics.
- Paddle — payment processing, receipts, and taxes (Merchant of Record).
- Resend — delivery of magic-link sign-in emails.
- FormSubmit — delivery of the founding-member waitlist and contact forms.
These providers process data only as necessary to provide the Service to us, and each is bound by its own privacy policy. Some providers may process or store data outside your country of residence.
3. How we use data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To send login links, notifications you request, or replies to your messages.
- To understand aggregated usage trends and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
Cloud projects and account data are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete them. You can delete individual cloud projects at any time within the app.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and (where applicable) to data portability. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your account and related data, email interkit@luxmin.art.
6. Cookies and local storage
The Service itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Sign-in relies on necessary local storage (such as an authentication token) to keep you logged in; the editor uses browser local storage to preserve your current scene.
7. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy, email interkit@luxmin.art.
03 · Refund & Cancellation
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); refunds are handled in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and issued by Paddle.
1. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Refund requests are processed through Paddle in accordance with its refund policy.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel at any time; after cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current period, after which there is no further renewal or charge.
3. How to request a refund
Email interkit@luxmin.art with your payment email or Paddle receipt number, or request it directly through the receipt email Paddle sends you.
